Gilbert has been serving as Senior Vice President, for residential and club operations for Turnberry since 1999, administrating the business side of the company’s affairs, including supporting Turnberry’s superior residential design and finishes through a deeply instilled ethic of personal service, directing operational activities and corporate administration areas to meet the needs and tastes of discriminating customers and to maintain the company’s position as one of the nations premier luxury lifestyle developers.

Prior to joining Turnberry Ltd., Gilbert was President of Frenchman’s Creek Yacht, Beach and Country Club, in charge of the due diligence team for the purchase of the asset and for 10 years was extensively involved in the development and integration of the luxury residential project valued in excess of $1 billion.

Gilbert served as Executive Vice President – Operations of Williams Island, a residential club community and held dual roles overseeing property management and club development.

Gilbert also served ClubCorp, the worldwide club and property management leader for 7 years as Regional Executive Vice President and Business Operations Development Officer in charge of 53 properties with gross revenue in excess of $700 million and was extensively involved in the development of the CorpCorp brand as well as for new properties in Bali, Singapore, Mexico and Europe.
