With more than 15 years’ experience, Cohen leads the Sales team at Turnberry, Ltd.

In his position as Vice President of Sales, Cohen oversees the company’s condominium developments, including Houston, Destin, Arlington and Turnberry Ocean Colony. Turnberry’s management encompasses condominium associations, club facilities and community associations.

Cohen has served in his current role since 1994 and previously at Williams Island. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Jim is a licensed real estate broker. He resides in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
