Mr. Chesnick has an extensive 18 year career in all aspects of the real estate industry, including commercial and residential real estate development and real estate finance. In his role, he oversees the company’s financing and risk management activities, which incorporate projects in 6 U.S. markets and the Bahamas with financing total more than $4 billion in project development costs for over 3,500 condominium units planned and under development.

Prior to joining the Turnberry, Chesnick was with The Related Group of Florida and O’Neill Properties, functioning in both development and financing leadership roles, directly or indirectly involved in over $2.5 billion of development and financings.

A graduate of the University of Delaware (BSBA) and the University of Miami (MBA) he is a resident of Miami Beach, FL
